Transfers:
An optional shuttle transfer service is available for a fee (Shuttle Transfer Fee – STF) of $15 per person, per direction at these locations: DFW, LAS, LAX, MCO, NYC, SFO & YVR.

Additional Insurance Options:
- Optional Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): USD $10 per night.
Increases coverage from state minimums to up to $1,000,000 against third party claims.
- Mexico Auto Liability Insurance (MALI): USD $22 per night.
Must be purchased if travelling to Mexico. You only need to take the insurance for the days that you will be in Mexico.

Colorado Road Safety Fee:
USD $2 per night applies to all Pick ups in the State of Colorado.

New Jersey State Rental Security Fee:
USD $5 per night (maximum USD $140) applies to all Pick ups at New York City

Priority A.M. Departure:
USD $85 (not available from Albuquerque, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Washington DC, Miami Salt Lake City or Vancouver). Priority AM departure takes place between 6:45am and 8:00am. transfers are available from selected hotels only. This must be pre-booked no less than 7 days prior to pick up.

Taxes:
Tax is applicable on all charges. The pick up location determines the tax amount as follows:

One Way Rentals:
One-Way Rentals are on request only - No Free Sale. Prices are in US dollars. One-way fee is
determined by where the desired Pickup and Return locations’ row and column intersect. For
example, one-way fee from SFO to SLC is $350; from MIA to YVR it is $750. .

Security Deposit:
A USD $700 security deposit is required at the time of departure. The deposit is to be guaranteed by a major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex with sufficient credit balance to cover this amount. No ATM / debit cards such as EuroCard are accepted. The security deposit of USD $700 may be charged on the customer's credit card on pick up, then refunded upon return provided that the rental vehicle is returned clean inside, undamaged and on time. The USD $700 may take up to 8 weeks to be credited back to the customer's credit card. Currency conversion fees are client's responsibility.

Flex Rates:
Elmonte's Daily Rental Rates are know as 'Flex Rates' . These give you the very best available price for the motorhome you want to rent. If you book early and there are plenty of motorhomes available, you will pay a much lower price. If you book closer to departure date or book for a high demand period then the rate will be higher. This is a similar system to that used by airlines.

No mileage is included in the Flex rates. Choose from the available mileage options above. Once booked and confirmed, should you need to change, the rate will be re-calculated using the most current Flex rate and compared to the existing flex rate. The higher rate will prevai. Changing party size or adding pre-paid items does not consitute a change. Flex rate valid for 40 days and on day 41 a new Flex rate will apply.

Pick Up Times: After 1:00pm. You must call the depot the day prior or the morning of pick up to confirm the time that your vehicle will be ready for collection.
Drop Off Times: Drop off takes place between 8:00am and 11:00am. Fees apply for drop off after 11:00am.

American Public Holidays:
Recommendation: Due to heightened volumes of travel during holiday seasons we recommend that customers avoid beginning or ending their motorhome rental on the day immediately before or after a holiday date.

therwise, customers may experience airline delays, increased road traffic and possible delays at rental office. All stations are closed for the following holidays. No bookings will be accepted for pick up or return on these dates. No exceptions.

Cancellation and Amendment Fees:
Amendment Fee: 1st amendment is free, USD $50 fee applies for each thereafter

- Over 45 days prior to departure: USD $100*
- 44 to 16 days prior to departure: USD $450*
- 15 to 1 days prior to departure: USD $850*
- Departure Day / No Show: 100% of rental
* Plus USD $200 for one way rentals.
