Winter Flex Rate
November - CAD $184 + taxes per night
December - CAD $184 + taxes per night
January - CAD $184 + taxes per night
February - CAD $208 + taxes per night
March - CAD $208 + taxes per night
Minimum rental period 7 nights

Nightly Rate Includes:

  • Vehicle rental with 0 kms per night.
  • $5 million inclusive vehicle insurance coverage including CDW, LDW and VIP.
  • Preparation / Transfer Fee included; airport / airport hotel transfers (Except Montreal where a charge of CAD $90 either one way or return is payable), vehicle preparation, including first supply of propane and toilet chemicals.
  • All Convenience Kits. (Utensils, linen, towels, bedding)
  • US Travel supplement.
  • One Additional Drivers charge.
  • Unlimited generator use
  • Early Pick up and/or Late Drop off. (Transfers to depots and vehicle pick up between 10:00 -12:00. Late Drop off by 15:00).
  • Full tank of fresh water
  • Vehicle Demo
  • CanaDream club membership
To assist in scheduling suitable pick up times please advise CanaDream at time of booking the time guests would like to pick up their vehicle, which can be between 10:00 and but no later than 16:00 (Monday to Saturday)

 
Not Included:

  • 500 kilometer mileage packs $175 each
  • 800 kilometer mileage packs $280 each.
  • Additional kms - $0.41. (Payable locally)
  • All one-ways between all CanaDream locations, $1,000 (except Calgary to Vancouver $1,400) All one ways are on a request only basis.
  • Northern Surcharge - $625.
  • Sunday pickup / drop offs are available at an additional cost of $375
  • Portable GPS Rental: $10 a night to a maximum of $100 per rental.

Sales Taxes apply to all charges as follows:

  • Calgary, Edmonton, Whitehorse: GST: - 5%
  • Vancouver: PST: 7% / GST: 5% = 12%
  • Toronto: HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) - 13%
  • Montreal: QST: - 9.975% / GST 5% = 14.75%
  • Halifax HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) - 15%
