Premier Vehicles:
Receive a guaranteed 2008 model vehicle by paying an additional USD$15 per day.
All Premier vehicles come with a slideout for extra space.
This option must be requested.

vehicle**
**These kits are not available in Denver, Albuquerque, Miami, Washington, Atlanta and Salt Lake City. For these locations kits can be purchased and items kept for:
- Personal Kits: USD$65 per person
- Kitchen Kit: USD$135 per vehicle.
- Starter Pac: USD$75 per vehicle (first tank of propane,
toilet chemicals, environment & licence fees)
- Generator: USD$5 per day / USD$3 per hour (not required for normal
vehicle operation)
- Toaster: USD$8 (paid on pick up only)
- GPS: USD$150 per rental. Security Bond of USD$500 is required on pick up and is refundable when the unit is returned complete and undamaged. Limited Availability.
- Coffee Machine: USD$10 (paid on pick up only)
- Folding Chairs:
USD$12 each (paid on pick up only)
- Vancouver Transfer: USD$80 per party each way
- Priority A.M. departure: USD$85 (not available from Albuquerque, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Washington DC, Miami Salt Lake City or Vancouver).
Priority AM departure takes place between 6:45am and 8:00am. transfers are available from selected hotels only. This must be pre-booked no less than 7 days prior to pick up.
Mileage Options:

Pack of 500miles: USD$125 per pack
- Unlimited Miles: USD$625 for upto 25 days, USD$25 per day thereafter
- Additional miles: USD$0.32 payable at the end of your
rental.
Additional Insurance Options:
- Optional Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): USD$10 per night.
Increases coverage from state minimums to up to $1,000,000 against third party claims.
- Mexico Auto Liability Insurance (MALI): USD$22 per night.
Must be purchased if trabelling to Mexico. You only need to take the insurance for the days that you will be in Mexico.
All Inclusive Package: (instead of the bits and pieces listed above)
Add USD$65 per night to the daily rental rate, Miniumum booking of 14 days.

First amendment of a booking is free. Subsequent changes
at $50 per change
Security Deposit:
A USD$700 security deposit is required at the time of departure. The deposit is to be guaranteed by a major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex with sufficient credit balance to cover this amount. No ATM/debit cards such as EuroCard are accepted. The security deposit of $700 may be charged on the customer’s credit card on pick up, then refunded upon return provided that the rental vehicle is returned clean inside, undamaged and on time. The $700 may take up to 8 weeks to be credited back to the customer’s credit card. Currency conversion fees are client’s responsibility.
Pets:
Pets are allowed in Elmonte vehicles for an additional surcharge of USD$100 per rental.
Should special cleaning be required of if your pets have damaged the vehicle in any way you are responsible for these additional costs.
You must advise if your are taking a pet at least 7 days prior to pick up, and transfer options may be limited.
Times of operation:
The depot hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sundays 8:00am to 4:00pm **
Monday to Sunday: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando,
San Francisco.
Monday to Saturday: Dallas, New York, Vancouver (Bellingham)**
Monday to Friday: Albuquerque, Atlanta, Denver, Miami, Salt Lake City, Washington DC.
**Bellingham: open from 9:00am. Bellingham is closed on Saturdays and Sundays between October and March. They closed every day between the last full week of January and the last full week of February.
Pick Up Times: After 1:00pm. You must call the depot the day prior or the morning of pick up to confirm the time that your vehicle will be ready for collection.
Drop Off Times: Drop off takes place between 8:00am and 11:00am. Fees apply for drop off after 11:00am.

During Holiday periods we do experince higher volumes of travellers at the depot. We do not recommend starting your driving holiday on the day of pick up, or ending your holiday on the day of drop off in case delays are experienced.
