Calculation of Days: Rentals are charged per calender day (not per night)

Rates Includes:
- Vehicle Rental
- 100 miles per day
- Standard Insurance with an excess of USD$2500
- Apollo Welcome Pack
- Maps and Campground Guides
- All vehicles include: Slideout, Awning, Rear Vision Camera, LCD TV / DVD, Generator.

Taxes:
A Flat Tax of 10% applies to all rentals. This covers State taxes and charges.

Additional Extras:
- Preparation Fee: USD$75 (vehicle chemicals and kitchen equipment)
- Personal Kits: USD$40 per person (sleeping bag, pillow, bath towel and tea towel)
- Camping Chairs: USD$10 per chair.
- Camp Table: USD$20 per rental.
- GPS: USD$80 per rental
- Generator use: USD$3 per hour (charged at the end of your rental)
- Child Seats: USD$40 per seat
- First Aid Kits: Included in all vehicles. USD$50 charged if kit is openned.

USD$75 per day (max charge USD$3750), includes:
- VIP Insurance cover (NIL excess)
- Unlimited Miles
- Taxes and Admin Fees
- Personal Kits
- Vehicle Preparation fee
- Extra Driver Fees
- Camp Table and Chairs
- Child Seat (on request)

Insurance and Bond Options:
Your rental includes Standard Insurance with an excess of USD$2500 per incident. You are required to leave a bond of USD$2500 at the time of pick up (refunded when you return the vehicle on time, undamaged and clean).

The following added insurance options are available.
- VIP Insurance: USD$19 per day. Reduces your excess to NIL. A bond of USD$200 if required.

Public Liability Insurance is included in the rental rate, with cover of upto USD$1 million.

Mileage Options:
All Rentals include 100miles per day.
Additional miles are charged at USD$0.30c per mile at the time of drop off.

One Way Rentals:
One Way Rentals are currently not available. These will be available from April 2009 onwards when new depots are open.

Minimum Rental Period:
- April to June, and October to March: 4 Days
- July - September: 7 Days

Transfers:
Apollo RV do not offer transfers to / from the rental depot. You will need to make your own way.

Burning Man Festival:
An additional surcharge of USD$500 applies for travel to the Burning Man Festival.

Drivers Licence:
A valid, non-provisional, state or overseas driver’s licence is required. If the driver’s licence is not in the English language (e.g. German, French, Chinese, etc) then an international driver’s licence is also required. The driver’s licence must have been held for at least two years and be valid for the whole length of the rental. The original driver’s licence must be shown at time of pick-up when the driver is present.

Minimum and Maximum Age:
The minimum age to drive the vehicle is 21 years and the maximum age is 75 years.

Multiple Rentals:
Consecutive rentals can be combined to qualify for a long-term discount rate. Rentals in the United States of America, Australia and New Zealand can be combined to obtain a long-term discount rate, providing travel is within a 3 month period. If drop off of a vehicle and pick up of a new vehicle occurs on the same day then a day each will be charged per respective vehicle. Multiple rentals are treated as separate rentals under the one way fee and minimum rental period conditions.

Pick Up and Return Time:
Vehicles can be collected and returned Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, and Saturday between 9am and 11am.

Travel Restrictions:
Death Valley and Desert areas: Vehicles are not allowed to operate in Death Valley and other desert areas during the months of May to September. At other times clients visit these areas at their own risk and are thus responsible for all recovery and other charges. During certain periods these areas are not habitable and could pose a danger to the driver and passengers.

Travel to Mexico, Alaska, Yukon and Northwest Territories & Newfoundland is strictly prohibited.

Manhattan: Due to restrictions on vehicle heights, propane gas and parking, vehicles with propane are not permitted in Manhattan and are not permitted to travel through any underground or underwater tunnels.
