Standard Rate Includes:
- Vehicle Rental
- Standard Insurance with an excess of CAD$5000
- Free additional drivers
Additional Extras:
- Preparation Fee: CAD$120, including Propane fill, 1 pack toilet paper, toilet chemicals, transfers*.
- Preparation fee without transfers: CAD$60.
- Convenience Kits: CAD$80 per person (maximum CAD$320 per vehicle)
- CDR Insurance: CAD$20 per day (Max $700). $5 million Liability, Deductible / Excess CAD$500-$1500.
**For drivers under 25 years of age - CDR is mandatory.
Mileage Options:
- 500km Packs: CAD$140 per pack
- 100km Per Day Pack: CAD$27 per day.
- Unlimited Kilometres (Only available with the Inclusive rates): CAD$70 per day.
- Additional Kiloemetres: CAD$0.34 per kilometer (payable at the end of your rental)
All Inclusive Pack: (instead off the additional items above)
Pay an additional CAD$38 per day and receive:
- CDR Insurance with a reduced excess of CAD$500
- Preparation Fee
- Convenience Kits
Unlimited Kilometres Pack:
Only available when you purchase the All Inclusive Pack.
Pay an additional CAD$70 per day and receive Unlimited Kilometres.
One Way Fees:
Calgary to Vancouver - CAD$800 (minimum 2 week rental
period)
Vancouver to Calgary - CAD$400 (minimum 2 week rental
period)
Northern Surcharge:
CAD$200 per rental.
For all travel north of Fort St
John on the Alaska Hwy, Cassiar Hwy, into Yukon and
Alaska. Northern Rental must be advised at time of booking. 3 week minimum rental period

Tax is Applicable on all prices. The pick up location determines the tax amount as follows

Pick up transfers take place between 10am and 3pm.
Vancouver - Pick-up and drop-off at Downtown Hotels, at Main St. Terminal (Airporter Bus Stop) and in Burnaby at the Accent Inn
Calgary - Pick up from airport hotels, drop off at airport hotels and airport.
Toronto: Pick up airport hotels; drop off at airport, airport hotels; pick up from downtown on Mondays only.

Pick up times:
Pick up is available between 10:00am and 3:00pm. No picks after 3:00pm
Drop Off times:
Drop off is available between 8:00am and 10:00am. For vehicle returned late, late fees apply and return transfers will be void.
Depots:
Depots are located in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
Minimum Rental Period: 1 week minimum rental. 2 weeks for one way rentals and A-Class Vehicle bookings.
Travel Restrictions:
Vehicle are NOT permitted to travel on Dempster Hwy, Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Mexico or Death Valley. Alaska and Yukon, Cassiar Hwy, Alaska Hwy only with Northern Surcharge (conditions apply). RVs are not permitted on roads designated on the official provincial or state maps as “other roads – gravel or dirt”.

Cleaning deposit: $150 ($250 for the A-Class)-
is processed at time of rental and refunded upon
return of clean unit.

Fees apply if rules are broken
Travel restrictions: Motorhomes are
not permitted on Dempster Hwy, Inuvik, northwest
Territories, Mexico or Death Valley, Alaska

Drivers must be minimum 21 years and VIP Insurance
is mandatory. Maximum age is 75 years.
