Rental Rates Includes:

Additional Extras:
- Preparation Fee: CAD$75, including Propane fill,
toilet chemicals, 2 rolls or toilet paper, fresh
water and sewer hoses, rubber gloves.
- Convenience Kits: CAD$70 per person (free for children 12 years and under - must request)

- Additional Kilometres: CAD$0.33 per km, payable at the end of your rental.
One Way Fees:
Vancouver to Calgary: CAD$500
Calgary to Vancouver: CAD$700
Toronto to Halifax: CAD$900
Halifax to Toronto: CAD$900
Minimum period of 7 days for one way rentals. No one ways available unless mentioned above.
No one way rentals in and out or Whitehorse.

Tax is Appliacble on all prices. The pick up location determines the tax amount as follows

**Transfers:

Pick up and drop Off:
- Pick up takes place from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 3pm.
- Drop off takes place from Monday to Friday between 9am and 12am. Late fees of CAD$30 per hour apply for late returns.
Driver Requirements:
A valid driver’s license from the country of residence is mandatory. Drivers must be 21 years or
older.
Public Holidays:
The depot is closed on the following Public Holidays and All Sundays.

Vehicle Cleaning:
All vehicles must be clean inside when returned. This includes kitchen, bathroom and living areas.
A charge of $40 per hour for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in an
unsatisfactory state. Vehicle holding tanks requiring dumping by Fraserway staff will result in a $25
service charge. Outside washing is not required (except when returning to the Whitehorse Station,
where it is mandatory), unless the check-in procedure cannot be performed due to dirt on the
vehicle. We recommend that “Northern Travelers” wash the vehicle prior to returning it to the
rental station to avoid potential delays upon check-in.
Travel Restrictions:
- Travel into Mexico is prohibited
- Travel in Death Valley, California, is prohibited between June 1 and August 31
- Non-public roads and off-road driving is prohibited at all times
- No parking in downtown Montreal and New York at all times
- RV’s must not be left unattended by renter in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa or New York
City due to risk of theft
Northern Travel:
Clients are allowed to travel to Alaska, the Yukon,
Nunavut and the NW Territoriees if this is advised
at time of booking. Note that when vehicles are collected
in colder areas/colder time of year where it is expected
that the weather will be belowing freezing, the vehicle
will be winterised. If collecting a vehicle in a
warmer area and travelling to an area where freezing
will occur, the client should winterise the vehicle
if necessary by replacing water with anti-freeze.
Please note as clients are responsible for any freeze
damage, please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
A comprehensive demonstration and explanation will
be given at time of pick up.
Insurance Information:
Fraserway maintains liability coverage
on all its rental vehicles to a maximum of $5,000,000.00
for any bodily injury and property damage liability
claims arising from the operation or use of its rental
vehicles. Premiums for this basic public liability
coverage are included in all rental rates, which
also include premiums for collision insurance and
comprehensive insurance with a deductible of $5,000.00
per occurrence. All coverage and waivers are subject
to the express terms of this rental contract and
of the applicable motor vehicle insurance contract.
CDR – COLLISION DEDUCTIBLE REDUCER
A collision damage reducer is available for $20.00 per day to a maximum of $600.00 per rental and provides the following benefits:
- CDR coverage reduces the renter’s responsibility for collision damages from $5,000.00 to $500.00 per occurrence.
- CDR coverage reduces the renter’s responsibility for comprehensive damage (e.g. windshield, break-in, and theft) from $5,000.00 to $500.00 per occurrence. Renters please note: A new windshield will cost between $400.00 and $800.00 depending on the type and model year of the vehicle.
- CDR coverage will guarantee the renter a replacement vehicle when the renter’s vehicle becomes un-drivable due to damage, even if the renter is at fault. The replacement vehicle will be delivered to a location agreed upon
by Fraserway and the renter and will be dispatched
within 48 hours from the time the renter notifies
Fraserway that the renter’s
vehicle has become un-drivable. Delivery will be
limited to a province/state that borders on the province
in which the renter took delivery of the renter’s vehicle.
Any expenses for accommodation, food, etc. are the
renter’s
responsibility, if damage is the renter’s
fault.
Fraserway will not deliver 27’ and 29’ Motorhomes
to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Alaska.
NOTE: Negligent damage
is not covered by insurance ie. off road driving,
reversing, overhead damage, undercarriage damage,
slideout damage, awning damage, winterisation/de-winterisation,
carrying of excess number of persons, wrong
fuel usage etc.
Minimum Rental Period: 1 week minimum rental.
Security Deposit:
An imprint of a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard
or American Express) is required while the
vehicle is rented. No cash rentals allowed.
NO smoking is allowed.
Pets are permited on request only.
