Flex Rates give you the very best available price for the motorhome you want to rent. If you book early and there are plenty of motorhomes available, you will pay a much lower price. If you book closer to departure date or book for a high demand period then the rate will be higher - but no higher than the standard rates.

The Whitehorse and Halifax depots are closed between 16 October and 30 April each year.
No departures or returns allowed during this time.
The Standard rates include:
- 1600kms
- VIP: Vehicle damage insurance (with an excess of CAD$500 per incident)
- Supplemental Liability Insurance (Covers third party claims)
- Standard Equipment: 110 Volt Adapter, 25ft Water hose, KOA Value Card and Campgroup Guide, Matches, 20ft Sewer hose, Woodals Guide, 25ft Power Cord, Toilet Chemicals, 9V Battery and RV Toilet paper.
Additional Extras:
- Personal Kits: CAD$50 per person.
- Vehicle Provisioning Kit: CAD$100 per vehicle.
- Generator: CAD$6 per day.
Gasoline Powered 110 Volt. The generator is not required for normal vehicle operation.
- Outdoor Camping Chairs: CAD$7 per rental.
Mileage Options:
- Pack of 800 kilometers: CAD$175.00 per pack.
- Additional Kilometers: CAD$0.28c - payable on excess kilometers at the end of your rental.
- Unlimited Miles: CAD$780 for up to 21 days. CAD$35 per day thereafter.
(Please note: Unlimited mileage is only available between 01 April and 31 October 2007)

Early Bird Departure:
You will be the first on the road with first pick of the vehicles. Including:
- Early Morning Pick up, with Transfers from designated hotels at 8am.
- First in line service and the rental centre.
- Vehicle departure between 9am and no later than noon.
- Option to return late, upto 3pm.
- Return transfers to designated hotels or airport.
Prices:
Vehicle departures on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: CAD$145
Vehicle departures on Monday Friday and Saturday: CAD$295
Vehicle departures on Sunday: CAD$595
Taxes:
Tax is applicable on all charges. The pick up location determines the tax amount as follows

Flex Rates:
The rates above are the 'Standard rates' - or the maximum you wil pay. We do also have access to 'Flex Rates' . These give you the very best available price for the motorhome you want to rent. If you book early and there are plenty of motorhomes available, you will pay a much lower price. If you book closer to departure date or book for a high demand period then the rate will be higher - but to the maximum listed above. This is a similar system to that used by airlines.
No mileage is included in the Flex rates. Choose from the available mileage options above. Once booked and confirmed, should you need to change, the rate will be re-calculated using the most current Flex rate and compared to the existing flex rate. The higher rate will prevai. Changing party size or adding pre-paid items does not consitute a change. Flex rate valid for 35 days and on day 36 a new Flex rate will apply.

General Notes:
The date of pick up determines the rate for the whole period.
If arriving off an international flight, first night must be in hotel/motel.
Transfers are not provided - except on Earlybird programme
Normal departure time from depot is: 1300hrs - except Earlybird programme
Normal vehicle return time is between 0900hrs and 1000hrs.- except Earlybird programme
Security deposit of USD$300 and a credit card required at departure.
Vehicles are not permitted in Manhattan and allowed through any underground or underwater tunnels
If you plan on travelling to Alaska, Yukon, Northwest territories & Newfoundland or Death Valley please tell us so we can note this. If you travel in these areas and have a problem, all recovery expenses are at the clients own risk as well as tyres, towing charges etc. During July and August, vehicles are not allowed to operate in Death Valley and other desert areas. In May, June and September, clients visit these areas at their own risk and and are thus reseponsible for all recovery and charges as listed above.
Mexico: Motorhomes are permitted to enter Northern Baja, Sonora, Chihuahua, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, Coahuila. No automotive liability or other coverages apply to vehicle operation in Mexico so whilst in Mexico, you are fully responsible for all expenses related to any and all mechanical problems or towing. The client is responsible for purchase of separate insurance available at southwestern rental centres. The cost is USD$20 per day of travel in Mexico and dates must be provided. Note that Supplemental Liability insurance which is included in daily rates is not valid in Mexico.
Winter warning: Vehicle operating systems are not fully operable during subfreezing temperatures. Check the Renter Assistance Guide for winter operations but be aware that in Canada and northern US cities vehicles are likely to have anti-freeze in holding tanks meaning that vehicle water facilities will not be available to you.
