These rates include:
1600 kms
VIP - Vehicle Damage Insurance (which has an excess of CAD$500 per incident)
Supplemental Liability Insurance (covers third party claims)
Standard equipment: 110 Volt adapter, 25ft Water hose, KOA Value card, Box of Matches, 20ft Sewer hose, Woodalls Guide, 25ft Power cord, KOA campground guide, Toilet chemicals, 9v Battery and RV Toilet paper.
Rates do not include:
Per Person Kit - CAD$35 ( Pillow, pillowcase, sheet, sleeping bag, wash cloth, bath towel, dish towel)
Provisioning Kit - CAD$85 per vehicle ( Cookware, cutlery, crockery, flashlight, broom)

Flex Rates:
No mileage is included

Once booked and confirmed,
should you need to change,
the rate will be re-calculated
using the most current
Flex rate and compared
to the existing flex
rate. The higher rate
will prevail. (changing
party size or adding
pre-paid items does not
constitute a change.
Flex rate valid for 35 days and on day 36 a new Flex rate will
apply.

All vehicles must be

Optional extras: Generator - gasoline powered 110volt.
The generator is not
required for normal vehicle
operation. Charged
at CAD$3 per hour, or unlimited generator usage at CAD$6 per
day. Must be prebooked, prepaid.
Outdoor camping chairs:
$7 per rental.
Earlybird Programme:
Departures on Tue, Wed
or Thu = CAD$ 145. Departures
on Mon, Fri, Sat and
every day following a
holiday = CAD$295. Sunday
departures CAD$595
Earlybird Programme: Transfer from pre-advised designated
hotels to depot; Best
available vehicle in category, early departure from depot , late
return to depot - up to 3pm, return transfer to selected hotels
or airport .

The pick up date/season
determines the price
for the entire rental
If arriving off an international
flight, first night must
be in hotel/motel.

If you plan on travelling
to Alaska, Yukon, Northwest
territories & Newfoundland or
Death Valley please tell
us so we can note this.
If you travel in these
areas and have a problem,
all recovery expenses
are at the clients own
risk as well as tyres,
towing charges etc. During
July and August, vehicles are not allowed to operate in Death Valley
and other desert areas. In May, June and September, clients visit
these areas at their own risk and and are thus reseponsible for
all recovery and charges as listed above.
Mexico: Motorhomes
are permitted to enter
Northern Baja, Sonora,
Chihuahua, Tamaulipas,
Nuevo Leon, Coahuila.
No automotive liability
or other coverages apply to vehicle operation in Mexico so whilst
in Mexico, you are fully responsible for all expenses related to
any and all mechanical problems or towing. The client is responsible
for purchase of separate insurance available at southwestern rental
centres. The cost is USD$20 per day of travel in Mexico and dates
must be provided. Note that Supplemental Liability insurance which
is included in daily rates is not valid in Mexico.
Winter warning: Vehicle
operating systems are
not fully operable during
subfreezing temperatures.
Check the Renter Assistance
Guide for winter operations
but be aware that in
Canada and northern US cities vehicles are likely to have anti-freeze
in holding tanks meaning that vehicle water facilities will not
be available to you.
