- Please note when cancelling or amending a booking with more
than one passenger the whole group must be cancelled and rebooked
and costs are subject to change.
- A $15.00 amendment fee applies
per person per amendment.
Lost ticket Policy (not applicable to E-Tickets)

If ticket is lost, the passenger will need
to pay for a new ticket. Replacement tickets cannot be issued.

Passenger may apply for a refund of the lost
ticket. If, after a five-month waiting period, the ticket does
not show up in
the systems as having
been spoiled, refunded, exchanged, or lifted, it will be
refunded. A USD$75.00 service charge
per application will be deducted. Also, if an actual refund is wanted
(and not an exchange voucher) and the ticket was not repurchased,
a 25% refund fee
applies as well.

FAQ's
Where can I exchange my e-ticket?
The e-ticket in your wallet needs
to be exchanged prior to boarding. Please allow time to do this,
we recommend at least 1 hour.
Tickets can be picked up at Quick-Trak kiosks or ticket offices
located at all major Amtrak stations- just use your credit card
to activate the kiosk and enter your reservation number as listed
on your e-ticket. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The Quick-Trak
Kiosk will print your tickets.
Will you need ID to exchange your e-tickets?
If your trip involves an International border crossing, you must
carry with you proof of citizenship, and proof of identity.
Amtrak requires passengers to carry a passport at all times as
proof of identity.
What are the differences in classes?
Coach Class Features:
- Big, comfortable seats, Fold-down trays, individual reading
lamps, Ample legroom.
Business Class Features:
- Comfortable headrests and footrests, Fold-down tray tables,
Overhead reading lights, Overhead luggage racks.
First Class Features:
- Spacious seating configurations,Complimentary meals and beverages
(hot breakfast, lunch and dinner selections), At-seat standard
AC electrical outlets, movable arm- and footrests, At-seat
attendant service.
