A priority shuttle service scheduling will be granted to customers that have completed the online check-in and/or have supplied the pick-up hotel information at least 72 hours in advance.
To avoid waiting times for our mutual customers, it is now compulsory that our customers register online via http://www.roadbearrv.com/check-in at least 14 days prior to the pick-up date and reserve their transfer pick-up location. Customers with transfers reserved must contact the branch 4 days prior to the first rental day to schedule the shuttle pick up time.
Transfer hours are between 11am - 1pm.
Our Las Vegas location has a couple of great RV parks very close by plus a Wal Mart Super Centre. Close to 'The Strip' and the International Airport you can then choose to head to Lake Tahoe, Salt Lake City and the Valley of Fire or around 3 hours south on the Boulder Highway to Lake Mead.

Clients cannot pick up the vehicle the day they arrive from overseas
or trans-continental and we recommend spending the first night at an
airport hotel or motel. Clients must call the rental station upon arrival
or on the day of pick up between 08.00 am and 10.00 am at the latest
to schedule the transfer time and place.
Transfers will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 11.00 am and
1.00 pm the latest. There will be no transfers after 1:00 pm. The complimentary
permitted amount of luggage is in accordance with the airline regulations
(2 suitcases @ 50 pds/23 kg plus 2 pieces of hand luggage per person).
Excessive luggage is the customer’s responsibility.
